ABOUT JASMINE BHATTI
Jasmine, a Registered Nurse (RN), founded Navi Nurses to transform healthcare for Arizonans by providing personalized, in-home medical care through a team of skilled RNs. Driven by a mission to “help nurses rediscover their joy,” she understands how empowered nurses enhance patient outcomes and family peace of mind. Her inspiration to become an RN came from her own family caregiving experience, where she identified critical gaps in care during hospital-to-home transitions and long-term health management. Previously, she worked with neurology, plastics, and ENT patients at Barrow Neurological Institute and Mayo Clinic. Now pursuing her doctorate at Arizona State University, Jasmine leads Navi Nurses with a commitment to a new standard of care focused on empowerment, engagement, and education.
