Bill is ilumed’s Executive Vice President of Network Development, leading the ACO REACH’s contracted provider and beneficiary growth over 200% from 2022 to 2024. Prior to ilumed, he spent over 15 years with Humana and held leadership roles in hospital/hospital system contracting, alternative payment model creation and deployment, including the nationwide lead for Humana’s adoption of CMS’ Primary Care First model. Before Humana, Bill was with the national PPO, MultiPlan for over ten years, where he held progressively responsible network leadership roles in the southeast. Bill and his wife of 32 years, Kathy, live in south Florida, where he enjoys golf most of the time and looks forward to welcoming his three grown children home as much as possible. 

 

 

John Marchica

John Marchica is a veteran health care strategist and CEO of Darwin Research Group. He is leading ongoing, in-depth research initiatives on integrated health systems, accountable care organizations, and value-based care models. He is a faculty associate in the W.P. Carey School of Business and the graduate College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University.

John did his undergraduate work in economics at Knox College, has an MBA and M.A. in public policy from the University of Chicago, and completed his Ph.D. coursework at The Dartmouth Institute. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is pursuing certification as a Fellow.
